If you have shared a petition using our sharing tools or used Facebook to log into Charitable Humans, Charitable Humans will be added as one of your Facebook applications or “apps”.

You can manage how information is shared from Charitable Humans to your Facebook profile by managing the permissions on Facebook.

Here’s how to do this:

Log into your Facebook account
Click on the menu located at the top-right corner of the page (arrow next to the question mark symbol for the “Quick Help”)
Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu
Click “Apps”, located at the left side of the page
Once you have located the Charitable Humans app, place the pointer on top of the app logo. This will allow you to see the “Edit Settings” button at the right side of the rectangle
From there, you can customize the permissions for the Charitable Humans application from posting visibility, to degree of access, to completely removing Charitable Humans posts from Facebook.

Please note that sharing via Facebook will require access to the Chat function, since sharing via Facebook sends as a message/chat.
